Terms and Conditions

Bookings and Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once with sufficient notice.
  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment and a completed client consultation form have been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit.
  • Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be lost.

Hygiene and Conduct

  • Please arrive clean and freshly showered. See FAQs here.
  • Manscape Hove provides professional waxing services only. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful or unsafe.

Patch Tests and Skin Reactions

  • Some treatments may require a patch test before your first appointment.
  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions that occur if patch testing is declined.
  • Aftercare advice will be provided – it is your responsibility to follow it to avoid irritation or infection.

Personal Data

  • Personal information is collected solely for booking and treatment purposes and is not shared with third parties.
  • By booking, you consent to us contacting you regarding your appointment and aftercare.

Changes to Terms

Manscape Hove reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
